What Do You Get in ND Probiotic?

  • Lactobacilli to promote regularity of the bowel, to support urogenital and vaginal health, and to help protect the gut lining. *
  • Bifidobacteria have the role of inhibiting the colonization of harmful bacteria and pathogens, by making the gut inhospitable; to promote regularity; and may prevent diarrhoea, even when travelling abroad. *
  • Streptococcus thermophilus promotes bowel regularity; lines the gut wall as a barrier to unwanted materials; and produces the lactase enzyme which helps to break down lactose for digestion, even for those who are lactose intolerant. *
  • Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) are pre-biotic and support the growth of beneficial microorganisms in the intestinal tract. FOS are also considered a soluble fibre which increases in bulk in the gut, promoting bowel regularity. *
  • Healthy gut flora as an integral part of immune functioning, increasing general resistance to infections, as well as gastrointestinal symptoms such as constipation, diarrhoea, and (IBS) Irritable Bowel Syndrome.*

Do You Have the GUTS for Good Health?

HealthRight Nutraceuticals’ ND Probiotic is formulated using non-dairy, natural, vegetarian sources of beneficial microoganisms and Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) to support the health of your digestive tract.*

Over 15 billion beneficial microorganisms in each serve!

What are the benefits of taking a good probiotic?

– Probiotics are live microorganisms which, if enough are taken, can promote good gastrointestinal health and integrity.*
– Good gastrointestinal health is required to prevent constipation, diarrhoea, (IBS) Irritable Bowel Syndrome, obesity caused by poor nutrient absorption, and even many skin conditions such as Atopic Dermatitis.*
– Gut flora is recognised by some as an integral part of our immune systems, with the useful microorganism population being compared to an internal organ in its own right. Healthy gut flora can therefore be inferred to be a necessary component to our individual good health and resistance to infection.*

Our non-dairy derived healthy bacteria are of the following 8 strains:

– Lactobacilli acidophilus
– Lactobacilli rhamnosus
– Lactobacilli casei
– Bifidobacteria lactis
– Bifidobacteria breve
– Bifidobacteria longum
– Bifidobacteria bifidum
– Streptococcus thermophilus

    • I haven’t provided the prices on this site as we don’t sell from this site. Since there are occasional price changes when we have a sale, or offer a promotional discount, putting a price on this blog might not be accurate. You can, however, click through any of the links (included in some of the images) to Amazon where ND Probiotics is sold. I hope this helps 🙂

  • I just ordered and received ND Probiotic. There is no expiration date on the container. There is no support area for basic questions; for example, there are no instructions on what to do when container is opened. Should it be refrigerated?

At a minimum, as there is no expiration date on the container, how do I know this product is not expired?

  • Hi Leo,

I am sorry that your purchase of ND Probiotic hasn’t been as streamlined as it should have been. I am very disappointed that there is no expiry date on the bottle you received. I will follow up with the labeling company and email you with an outcome. I believe that the expiry date is at least 2 years from production and, having checked your order with us, I can inform you that your bottle was produced in April. We only sell on Amazon so it is possible for me to track your batch.

Also it is advised that you do refrigerate your bottle of ND Probiotic after opening. I do have this on the Directions on the Amazon listing, but I apologize that it is not a clearer instruction. I will aim to rectify this. We are a new business and aim to keep improving through the assistance of customers like you.

Please keep an eye out on your email. I will get back to you when I know more about the labeling. If you have any more questions, don’t hesitate to email me at orders@HealthRightNaturals.com.

    Kind regards,

  • Hi all,
I want to know if ND Probiotic product contains any trace of milk or it has come into contact with dairy during manufacturing.

  • Why do you recommend taking the probiotic after eating a meal? My understanding is that stomach acid will kill the bacteria. The stomach has the greatest amount of acid when it’s digesting a meal. It’s been recommended to me by a doctor to take probiotics when my stomach is empty – I.e. an hour or so before a meal.

    • Hi Carol, there hasn’t been a lot of research into when the best time to take your probiotic is. It is believed, however, by many natural practitioners and fans of probiotics, that they should be taken with food so that the food acts as a bit of a buffer and they are therefore more likely to reach the intestines where they can offer us benefit. I hope this helps!
